Returns & Exchange Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Genuine Quality Issues: If a saree has a quality defect, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with supporting images or videos.
Wrong/Damaged Product: In case of incorrect or damaged items, we will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.
Color Variations: Slight color differences due to screen displays will not be considered a valid reason for return.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Returns must include an unboxing video as proof of issue.
Customized or altered sarees (e.g., with fall and edging) are not eligible for return.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
For international customers, any return or exchange-related shipping and customs duties are to be borne by the customer.
Process for Returns
Contact customer support within 7 days with order details, issue description, and supporting images/videos.
Upon verification, we will arrange a return pick-up if applicable.
Once received, our quality check team will inspect the product.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
If the return does not meet our quality standards, the product will be reshipped, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
