We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Quality Issues: If the saree has a genuine manufacturing defect, customers must notify our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographs or other proof before initiating the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged saree or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days, and we will either replace the item or process a refund at no extra cost.
Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customers must pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Color Variations: While we strive to display colors accurately, minor differences due to screen settings will not be considered a valid reason for returns.
Late Requests: Any return or exchange requests made after 7 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement: A full unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for refund or exchange claims. The issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Steps for Refund/Exchange:
Once the request is received, our team will assess the issue and confirm eligibility.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
After the product is received, a thorough quality check will be conducted.
If the product passes the verification, the refund or exchange process will proceed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method. In case of an exchange, we will assist in selecting an alternative product of equal value.
If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back to the customer without refund or exchange.
Refunds (net of return shipping charges, if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the refund does not reflect within 15 days, customers may raise a chargeback with their bank. However, we recommend contacting our customer support first for prompt resolution.
False claims or baseless refund requests will not be entertained.
