At The Spinning Wheel, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted sarees with the utmost care. To continue providing the best service, we have updated our shipping charges due to rising logistics and international freight costs.

Note: Dress material measuring up to 5 meters is considered a single product.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and follow the table above.
• Orders that require oversized packaging incur an additional fee to ensure safe delivery.
• Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and pin code at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays, and we are not liable for refunds due to incorrect details.
• Billing Address vs. Shipping Address:
• The billing address is where credit card bills are received.
• The shipping address is where the order is delivered. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
• Customers can track their orders through our website.
• For any queries, our customer care is available on weekdays between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST or via email at contact@thespinningwheel.com.
• Once the product is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking code to monitor their shipment.

International Orders

• VAT, Import Duties, and Local Taxes are payable by the customer at the time of delivery. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.
• All product prices are inclusive of GST.
• Additional custom charges may apply for deliveries outside India. Customers are responsible for these charges.
